Terms of Use of the JUB B2B Platform

Subject of the Terms

The terms of use of the JUB B2B platform regulate the relationships between the seller JUB d.o.o, Dol pri Ljubljani 28, 1262 Dol pri Ljubljani, Slovenia (hereinafter: the seller), and its business partners - users of the platform (hereinafter: partners). The terms refer to access and special rules for using the platform. The terms of use of the platform do not invalidate or interfere with any special sales conditions between the seller and the partner, nor with the General Sales Conditions of JUB d.o.o, (hereinafter: general sales conditions), but only supplement them.

Access

  1. 1. Access to the platform is at the link: https://b2b.jub.eu
  2. 2. Access to the platform is intended exclusively for partners - legal entities registered in the business register (www.ajpes.si):
    1. who have concluded a purchase agreement with the seller (hereinafter Buyers)
    2. those who are defined as recipients of goods from the JUB partner (hereinafter Recipients of goods)
  3. 3. The seller initiates the registration process on the platform based on a registration request sent by the legal representative of the partner. The registration request contains the following information: company name, tax number or VAT ID, business address, postal code and post office name, country, name and surname of the legal representative, email address of the primary user, name and surname of the primary user, and contact phone number of the primary user.
  4. 4. The registration request is available on the platform's entry page or in the form of a printed form available from JUB's sales staff.
  5. 5. The seller may, at its sole discretion, without justification, refuse or delay the realization of the registration request on the platform. Likewise, the seller may, at its sole discretion, revoke or partially restrict the use of the platform for individual users.
  6. 6. The seller opens a partner profile on the platform, and a primary user profile, who acts as the administrator of the partner's profile. The primary user is designated by the legal representative of the partner. The primary user has the right to manage access for other users in the company. The primary user also has the duty to deactivate all users who are no longer relevant. The number of active users at the partner is not limited.
  7. 7. The primary user of the partner can manage the following user data on the platform: Name, contact phone - landline, contact phone - mobile, default language, secondary language. The user assigns a role (scope of access rights).
  8. 8. Each user has their own username, which is the user's email. The user sets the password for accessing the platform and resets it themselves. Each user must have their profile properly secured, especially their username and password. The use of one username by multiple persons is prohibited, so the partner bears all possible consequences of violating this rule.
  9. 9. All data about the partner displayed on the platform comes from the seller's backend systems, so it cannot be changed on the platform. Any necessary changes to the partner's data (e.g., phone, etc.) must be communicated in writing by the primary user of the partner to the seller.

Prices and Sales Conditions

  1. 1. The user of the buyer/recipient of goods sees the prices according to the currently valid wholesale price list of JUB d.o.o., or according to a special price list if agreed.
  2. 2. The primary user of the buyer can also see the sales conditions and net prices on the platform. The displayed net price is the wholesale price, reduced by some contractual discounts. The displayed price is for informational purposes only, as some contractual discounts can be applied only after the final confirmation of the order. The platform also does not display any promotional prices. The final invoiced prices are seen by the buyer on the invoice. Other users of the buyer see the aforementioned data only if these rights are granted by the primary user of the buyer.
  3. 3. The primary user of the recipient of goods (and all other users) on the platform does not see the data on the sales conditions and net prices of the buyer (data from the previous point), or this is possible only based on the written consent of the buyer.

Ordering

  1. 4. An order placed through the platform is considered a written order and is subject to the conditions of a written order specified in the general sales conditions.
  2. 5. The user of the buyer/recipient of goods is informed about the confirmation of the order and all changes in the order status by email to the address of the user who entered the order, and to all other addresses specified for notification when placing the order. Details on the status of individual order items can be monitored by the users of the buyer/recipient of goods through the platform. The user can adjust the notification functionality (limit the frequency of notifications).
  3. 6. The user of the buyer orders goods on behalf of the buyer. Recipients of goods can order goods to their own address on behalf of the buyer, provided that the seller receives appropriate written consent from the buyer. Otherwise, the order of the recipient of goods is automatically sent to the buyer for confirmation before being processed by the seller. The recipient of goods is informed about the approval/rejection of the order by email.
  4. 7. Users of the buyer can also see the orders of all associated recipients of goods on the platform.
  5. 8. The user of the buyer/recipient of goods can order quantities defined by the seller as minimum quantities for ordering. If the user orders a smaller quantity, the system will warn them and automatically round the quantity to the minimum quantity for ordering.
  6. 9. The order status visible on the platform is for informational purposes only. If the buyer needs a binding confirmation of the acceptance and status of the order, they must request it from the sales support service at the email address provided in the platform's footer or at info@jub.eu
